How is the calculation done?

Who sets the payout amount?

Session results
To receive scholarships, students must pass the session with "good" and "excellent". There shouldn't be triplets. Even one triple deprives the student of the right to receive a scholarship. Same as transfer. It's a shame, but a student sent to retake will not be able to receive payments.
And yet, if a student "filled up" the summer session, then he will receive material rewards for the previous course only until the end of June. What if he passed?
The situation in which a student is sent to retake is not uncommon. But the dean's office is not always informed. Teachers are people too. And they are quite capable of moving forward. Summer scholarship and college (technical school)
Do college scholarships pay in the summer? So they pay, but most often in September or October. A student in these institutions receives a payment for three months at once. If he coped with the summer session, of course.

2. State Academic Scholarship
State academic scholarship (GAS) - at least 1564 rubles per month for university students and at least 568 rubles per month for students of technical schools and colleges. Paid to students of the budgetary department, studying full-time, who passed the session without debts with "good" and "excellent". In the first semester, GAS is received by all students who entered the budgetary department with full-time education.
Increased state academic scholarship (PAGS) - its size is determined by the university, taking into account the opinion of the student council and the trade union. 3. Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation
The scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation is of two types:

4. Scholarship of the Government of the Russian Federation
There are three types of scholarships from the Government of the Russian Federation:

5. Moscow Government Scholarship
The Moscow Government scholarship is 6,500 rubles per month and is awarded for one academic year. Students of the budget department who study in areas and specialties can apply for it. There is also a Moscow Government scholarship for full-time students in colleges subordinate to the Moscow Department of Education and Science.
This scholarship can be applied for by students who do well in professions and specialties of the list of professions and specialties most important for the branches of the urban economy, older than the 1st year, actively participating in the implementation of city target programs and public events in the interests of the city of Moscow.

6. Named scholarships and grants

Some large companies, charitable or educational organizations also provide nominal scholarships and grants for students. Check with your university to see which ones you can apply for.

Everyone, without exception, who bears the honorary title of a student, is certainly interested in his scholarship, its size and payment terms. A large number of students are concerned about the question of whether the scholarship is paid in the summer. And if everything is more or less clear with the size, which is directly proportional to academic performance, then it is sometimes difficult to figure out the timing of payments. As a rule, there are practically no questions about the payment of scholarships in the autumn/winter period, but whether they give a scholarship in the summer is of interest to many students.
Academic Scholarship
Do those students who could not successfully pass the session receive a scholarship in the summer? The scholarship in the summer is awarded only if the summer session was successfully passed by the student. In order to receive an academic scholarship, a student must pass the session with positive marks, that is, “good” and “excellent”, and not have any debts.
In case of unsatisfactory passing of the summer session, the scholarship will be paid only for the month of June, and for July and August in the presence of "tails" will not be paid. In most universities, 5 students are expelled from July 1st immediately after graduation. Therefore, the scholarship is not paid in August. However, in some universities, the expulsion occurs in August, so students are fully entitled to receive payments for June and July.
Each university has its own approved Regulations on the procedure for accrual and payment. Often in practice, the case with the payment is as follows:
- If the student successfully passed the session, then the scholarship for July and August is paid to him in advance in June. This is a great help before the upcoming summer vacation.
- Also, very often universities give scholarships to students in the fall, simultaneously with the September payment.

To clarify the issue of payment, you must contact the department of labor and wages or your dean's office. In the event that there is an academic debt or, simply speaking, “tails” for the spring session, the social stipend is not paid in the summer until the student retakes the session. At the time of closing the debt in the summer, it continues to be paid. Moreover, the payments will include the period for which it was not paid.

9. 11. 15. 16. Organizations carrying out educational activities have the right to establish, at the expense of funds received from income-generating activities, various types of material support for students.
17. The amount, conditions and procedure for cash payments to students of federal state educational organizations for educational programs in the interests of defense and security of the state, law and order are determined in the manner established by federal laws.
Providing for yourself while studying at the university is a very real task for a student. The most obvious solution is an increased scholarship, and the conditions are active participation in the cultural or sports life of the university and high academic performance.
You can receive an increased scholarship full-time students receiving higher education on a budget basis. A student can apply for such payments from the second semester of the first year. Mandatory conditions - good academic performance, no academic debt, while all exams and tests must be passed the first time.
There are five types of advanced scholarship:
- For achievements in research activities. To receive it, you must have publications in a scientific publication, awards for research work, documents confirming the right to the result of intellectual activity (patent or certificate), a grant for performing research work, or other merits, for example, making a presentation at a scientific conference .
- For academic excellence. The last two sessions must be passed on "excellent" and "good", while the fives must be at least 50%. Also a plus will be prizes at the olympiads.
- For achievements in cultural and creative activities. Awards must be given for participation in cultural events or for the creation of works of art or literature.
- For active social activities. Documents are provided that confirm the student's participation in social events.
- For sporting achievements. Regular participation in significant sports events held at the university is also counted.
A student can apply for all directions at once.
The amount of the increased scholarship is not fixed by law- installs it educational institution taking into account the size of the scholarship fund and depending on the category to which the student belongs (see the order on approving the size of the scholarship). So, for example, an increased scholarship for achievements in science for a 5th year student of a specialist or 1st or 2nd year master's degree will amount to 8,100 rubles, which is almost three times more than the basic academic scholarship (it is included in this amount).
To receive an advanced scholarship, you must write an application, attach a copy of the record book, a petition from the Council of Students of your institute or the Joint Council of Students of SevGU, as well as documents confirming merits - diplomas, certificates, etc. Documents must be taken to the directorate of your institute. All applications are considered by the scholarship commission, depending on the significance of merits, points are awarded and an appropriate rating is compiled, after which payments are distributed.
Everyone who actively shows himself, participates in the life of the university, is not too lazy to study, has a real opportunity to receive an increased scholarship. True, it is necessary to choose the right direction (type of increased scholarship) for which to apply. The most competitive is science (the highest paid and most popular, because a lot of guys are engaged in scientific work) and study. In the rating of students who have applied for these two areas, tenths and hundredths of points are taken into account. However, the statistics of students applying for a particular direction differs in each institute, - said Denis Tsyganok, chairman of the Joint Council of Students of SevGU, a member of the scholarship committee.
Master student of the Institute information technologies and management in technical systems Maxim Lisov advises students to apply for an increased scholarship for scientific achievements- the competition is less than for academic success, and publishing at least 3 scientific articles per semester is quite possible, and it will also benefit both the student himself and science.
