For the past academic year, we can draw the following conclusions:

    Work on the development of speech (reading, translation of texts, reports, oral answers) is successfully embodied in only one student (Stroitelev A.). The rest still make many mistakes, shortcomings in oral and written speech.

    Relations between students have become uneven, this is due to adolescence and the fact that there are only three students in the class (1 boy, 2 girls). But common causes (preparation for events) unite them, they become more united.

    The interaction of the class teacher with parents and students allows you to carry out activities with the aim of expanding horizons, fostering love for the small Motherland and teaching ways of constructive interaction. This can be seen in the results of class achievements and participation in activities at various levels.

    At the English lessons in the 7th grade, the students showed themselves as developed personalities, with a good mind and interested in learning. And although they are quite independent, they lack organization.

For the next academic year, my priorities are:

Work more on translating texts and learning new words (writing off unfamiliar words on cards);

Continue work on the implementation of design work and their correct editing;

Pay more attention to the pronunciation and intonation of students;

Every Saturday, the class summarizes the results of the past week, discusses the behavior of students, and outlines a work plan for the next week. All students in the class have diaries. Every week, the diaries are checked by the class teacher, comments are made on progress and behavior.
For half a year, the children actively participated in school-wide events: in competitions for a class corner, a traffic rules corner, and a health corner. Educational work was aimed at shaping the personality of a younger student through the creation and development of a classroom team, the formation of a conscious attitude towards learning, moral and ethical qualities of a person through the interaction of family and school

Educational tasks that were set for the 2013-2014 academic year:

These tasks were solved through the main areas of work: family, health, educational activities, patriotic education, extracurricular activities, activities of "RM&D".

To this end, systematic work was carried out to involve children in educational and extracurricular activities, which gave positive results.

The main forms of work with children were communication hours, holidays, excursions, quizzes, Internet competitions, intellectual competitions of various levels, competitions, conversations, and raids.

Engaged in circles and sections: 20 people (outside the school). As part of extracurricular activities, 15 students were engaged in the swimming pool.

The most important task for me was to form a real close-knit, responsible children's team, able to perform the tasks assigned to it:

To implement the tasks set, many activities were carried out that contributed to the education of the moral and ethical qualities of the individual. All students in the class have social assignments and successfully cope with them. Each student of the class is actively involved in the educational process. At the organizational class meeting, together with the children, we decide how best to distribute responsibilities, some of the children themselves offer to lead the sector or be a member of it, everything is distributed according to the abilities of the children, the asset does a lot of work in this matter class.

Throughout the school year, children took part in all school and extracurricular activities, participated in the international intellectual competitions "Russian Bear Cub", "Kangaroo", Internet contests.

A special place in the educational process can be given to class hours. All thematic class hours were planned and held in the main areas of moral education, prevention bad habits and illegal behavior of students, for the prevention of road traffic injuries of students (“20 years of the Constitution”, “Ecology and culture - the future of Russia”, library lesson“School History”, “How to behave on the road”, “About the heroes of bygone times”, “Take care of your eyes like a diamond”, a conversation about the dangers of smoking, “We cannot forget these roads”, etc.)

Formation moral qualities the personality was facilitated by collective outdoor games (sports games), competitions of creative groups during quizzes, visiting sick classmates, work in the workshop of "Santa Claus", participation in the "Gift to a Soldier" campaign and, of course, joint work to improve the office and territory schools, joint creation of an electronic travel diary (school website).

Excursions into nature, learning songs, poems and dances; design and production of wall newspapers, composition of natural materials; participation in competitions and quizzes, work in the summer at the school site (caring for flowers) brought up labor qualities in children, a responsible attitude to the task assigned. The oral magazine "Memory" was organized to instill a sense of patriotism. Each creative group prepared a message about the people who died defending our Motherland.

Working with difficult students.

A group of difficult children can be distinguished in the class (Lukyanenko Kirill, Makarov Ivan, Starostin Roman, Tikhonravov Stepan, Fedotov Klim, Grachev Sergey). I paid a lot of attention to working with these children. It should be noted that there are children with a very complex character - these are Drozhzhin Sergey, Fedotov Klim. These children require a special pedagogical approach to themselves, and in this matter during the year we needed the help of the psychological and pedagogical service of the school. Individual consultations with a psychologist were held with the parents of these students.

For successful study, it was necessary to create a fertile ground for the acquisition of knowledge by students. Therefore, the most important thing is a calm atmosphere in the classroom during the learning process. This is also where the problem lies. Students such as Sergey Drozhzhin, Ivan Makarov, Roman Starostin, Klim Fedotov prevented students from gaining solid knowledge with their behavior. Constant comments, conversations, doing other things prevented the teacher from conducting the lesson normally. A lot of individual work was carried out with these students on the culture of behavior during the lesson, but it is still necessary to work with these children to achieve the desired result.

Working with parents.

During the 2013-2014 academic year, 5 parent meetings and 2 meetings of the parent committee were held. (“Together Again. The Laws of Class Life”, “The First Lessons of the School Mark”, “The Role of Raising a Child in a Family”, “The Role of a Book in the Development of a Child’s Intellectual Skills” and meetings following the results of quarters and a year). parent meetings attended by 60% to 80% of parents.

Relations with parents are good, there were no problems and difficulties in working with them. Many parents are very actively involved in the life of the class. They help me in organizing trips for children, holding holidays.

Letters of thanks were presented to active families: the Drozhzhins, the Tikhonravovs, the Aydemirovs, the Podsevalovs, the Zherikhovs, the Kitunen, the Mikhailovs, and the Ostrovskys.

Diagnostics of the effectiveness of the organization of extracurricular activities.

During the year, the diagnostics of the individual and the class team were used in the work. The level of personal growth of students: 4 points (close to high). The diagnostics "Studying the cohesion of the class" was carried out, the purpose of which was to identify group cohesion and the level of development of the class team. Result: group cohesion is high - score 3 points. The next one I'm doing is a Methodology for Studying Student Satisfaction school life" gave the following results: high degree satisfaction (3 points).

Portfolio technology.

Portfolio work was carried out step by step during class hours. The children independently filled in the speedometer of progress, evaluated their work in class matters and the fulfillment of assignments. Every week the portfolio was filled with the works of students and monthly - with certificates and diplomas. At the end of the year, the portfolios of the following students became the best: Podsevalova Anastasia, Tikhonravov Stepan, Drozhzhin Sergey, Zherikhova Darya.

Working with gifted children.

There are gifted children in the class (types of giftedness: intellectual, creative, musical, artistic, leadership, sports, fine arts). These are the following students: Aydemirov Amin, Drozhzhin Sergey, Podsevalova Anastasia, Tikhonravov Stepan, Mikhailova Alexandra, Mityushkin Grigory, Fugina Daria. These guys have always been direct participants in all intellectual or creative competitions. They were given tasks to broaden their horizons and select additional material for certain subjects.

Analysis of goals and objectives

Contribute to the rallying of the children's team, educating the child's ability to live in it, to reckon with the opinion of the team.

An analysis of educational work in accordance with the goals and objectives shows that the work done contributed to the formation of the class team, the intellectual, moral and physical development of the personality, the creation of conditions for the development of individual and creative abilities, and the main directions, methods and means of pedagogical influence corresponded to age and psychophysical characteristics younger students.

I put as the basis of the educational system for the new academic year next goal: creation of an educational environment conducive to the formation of a highly moral, creatively active, cultured, tolerant personality capable of self-development and self-realization.
