Lesson - training "The meaning of life"

Target: help a teenager look into himself, realize himself as a Personality, realize his goals and meaning in life.

Tasks: develop in adolescents the ability to self-reflection and promote awareness of their life goals; help teenagers form an active life position; develop goal-setting and the desire to realize personal potential.

Abstract of the lesson.

Welcome Ritual

Participants stand in a circle and put their hands on each other's shoulders. They kindly look at each other and say: "Hello!"

And now let's greet each other in a different entertaining way.

Greeting exercise "Come on all together"

One participant becomes the leader. The rest choose a few lines from a well-known poem or song and distribute the words among themselves. Each participant should get one word. To simplify the game, words can be distributed in a circle - each in order pronounces one word from a song (poem); if someone did not have enough words, the line is repeated again.

After that, the leading participant enters the room. At the command of the coach, everyone in chorus pronounces the words they got, and the water participant must guess what song or poem they have guessed. If he fails to do this the first time, the coach invites everyone to repeat the words again and gives the command again.

An example of a line from the song "It's great that we are all here today"

“Follow the sun, even though this path is unknown. Go my friend

Always follow the path of good"

Psychologist. In class, we will be doing different interesting tasks and exercise. But in order for the classes to be successful, we need to discuss the rules that must be observed throughout all meetings. (Students offer, the teacher writes on whatman paper, which will be a mandatory attribute in each lesson).

Introduction to group rules

Psychologist: Next step our meeting, according to the rules of good manners, will be an acquaintance.

Exercise "Snowball"

Everyone takes turns saying their name and positive quality on the first letter of their name, the next participant repeats the name and quality of the previous participant and says his name and quality, etc., until the whole group introduces itself.

Game "Piggy bank of good news" (ritual)

Each participant talks about what good things happened in his life during the week.

Leading addresses the group: “We do a lot in our lives automatically: we get up in the morning, eat, study or work, watch TV, go to bed. Life becomes familiar and monotonous. Today I invite you to go on a journey called "life", to realize your life goals, what is the meaning of life for each of you, gain new experience, new views on life in general, see something unexpected and very valuable in the surrounding reality.

Take with you on the road those qualities that help you in life.

Exercise "Suitcase"

The group members name the necessaryqualities that will be useful to them along the way,the presenter writes them down on the image of the suitcase.

Exercise “Continue the phrase “Life is ...” or “I live in order to ...”

Purpose: to help a teenager realize the meaning of life.

Summing up - the commandment of an optimist:

“A person never gets the realization that in any troubles he has the main good - life itself”

Exercise "Past, present, future"

Draw three large circles on a piece of paper, marking each of them with any symbol or sign convenient for you: this circle is the past, this one is the present, this one is the future. Remember and write or draw in each circle 5-7 events that have had, have or can have the most for you. importance. Influence in life. Reflect on what changes these events have brought, will bring into your life.

Exercise "Level of happiness"

Group members are asked to rate their level of happiness in their lives as a whole on a 100-point scale. This should be said aloud to the whole group and noted on the sheet of the previous exercise, on the circle of the present.

Exercise "Magic Mirror"

The facilitator invites the participants to imagine that they can look into their future for a moment with the help of a “magic mirror” in which they can see themselves in any social role. The “Mirror” is passed around in a circle, and everyone says aloud what he “saw” there.

At the end, the guys share their impressions of how difficult it was to imagine themselves as adults in any social role.

business game"What to spend your life on"

Target: awareness of the need to make a choice of life goals.

Instruction: I give you 10 tokens. Each token represents a part of you - one tenth of your time, energy, physical and mental strength, interests, etc. For the duration of this game, these 10 tokens will be equal to the sum of those qualities and opportunities that make up your personality and, accordingly, your life.

When we start the game, you will have a choice: "spend" the token or "save". Two items will be put up for sale at once. You have the right to choose any of them or none at all, but not both at once. You can buy each item only at the moment when it is put up for sale. The transition to the next pair means that the previous one is finally withdrawn from the “bidding”. If you run out of tokens, then you will not be able to purchase anything. Ready? So let's start trading.

A. Five years of uninterrupted physical enjoyment (1 token)

Game discussion:answer the following questions:

Which purchase are you most satisfied with?

Have you ever regretted not buying something?

Would you like to change something in the rules of the game?

Possible suggestions:“Before you buy something, you need to find out what else will be sold”; “I would like to be able to exchange a previously purchased item for any other item announced later”; “We need to give us more tokens before the game starts.”

Do you think this will make the game more interesting?

Psychologist: Most of your suggestions are really reasonable and correct. But the problem is that this is not the case in real life. You cannot make the same choice twice, just as it is impossible to “undo” the consequences earlier decision. You can not achieve everything at once or take advantage of all opportunities at once. We do not know in advance what we will have to choose from in the future. Time and energy will always be limited. Money interest. There is a price to pay for whatever you choose for yourself, and in many cases the price will be higher. What did you expect. The choice of a solution in each situation depends on us. And it is up to us to bear responsibility for the decisions that we have made.

It was just a game. But the way we spend our time, energy, opportunities in real life allows us to fairly judge our true values.

Perhaps you will see a connection between the choice of purchases and certain personal qualities. For example, you gave a token for a change in appearance, which means you give great importance what others think of you. If you chose to be satisfied with yourself, then you value your opinion of yourself more.

Remember what valuable things you chose today from those offered during the game. Some of you, probably. Can congratulate himself and say: “I gave my life not without reason; I made the right choice and bought that. Which is really valuable." Another, perhaps with regret, realized that he had spent his life on the wrong thing. Someone will regret that he hurried to spend everything, the other, on the contrary, that he waited too long and missed something. And many probably thought: “I wish I could repeat the game! Then I would have behaved much more prudently, smarter.

And if you really regret something now, I can please you: you have a great opportunity to make the right choice - and not in our game, but in real life! When you again face a choice, think about how to spend your life without wasting it. It's probably worth a lot more than you think!

Game "Kingdom"

Participants are asked to imagine themselves as residents of the kingdom. As in any kingdom, there is a king, a queen, their courtiers and subjects.

Then the distribution of roles is made: the one who wants to be him himself is chosen for the role of the king. The king chooses his queen. After that, the king and queen choose two courtiers or subjects for themselves, while naming their functions at court.

Those, in turn, also choose their assistants, already one at a time, and so on until all members of the group receive their roles in the kingdom. In the course of the distribution of roles, spatial movements of the participants are also made. A throne is built for the king and queen, the rest of the courtiers are placed near the throne next to those who chose them.

At the next stage, the game itself begins, where all its participants, in turn, starting with the king and further in order of subordination, make one change in the kingdom so that life in it is better. (Option: the king and queen after 2-3 moves of other participants have the right to make additional changes.)

The game can be played in one or more circles. In pauses, the question is discussed - what is happening in our kingdom?

Discussion ( sample topics): "I realized that today / now ..."; "I was surprised..."; "I felt..."; "Think that..."; "Today I was annoyed..."; "I really liked/didn't like..."

Warm-up "Hey! – Ha! “Ho!”

Teenagers stand in a circle holding hands. At the command of the leader, they jump high up three times. In the first jump they shout loudly: “Hee!”, in the second jump: “Ha!”, in the third “Ho!”. It turns out a funny greeting to each other: “Hee! - Ha! - Ho! Then everyone clap their hands.

Game "Find a Pair"

On the backs of the participants are attached the name of the animal (the participant himself does not know what kind of animal he is). Participants use facial expressions and gestures to find a couple.

Game exercise "My dream"

Children write on cards what they dream about, then lower them into a box. When everyone completes the task, they take turns taking out the first card that has fallen. From now on, everyone should tell about the dream written on the card as if it were their own. This makes it possible to look at your dream from the outside, evaluate the possibilities and ways of implementation.

Exercise "Hero's Dream"

Purpose: to develop the training participants' ability to create a positive image of the future in order to cope with daily problems and fears. The game is designed for directional visualization.

Instruction: The facilitator tells the group members, “You have been traveling for a long time and you must be tired. Sit as comfortably as possible and close your eyes. Take three deep breaths.

Imagine that each of you fell asleep, having settled down to rest under a large spreading tree. You are having a wonderful dream. Everyone sees himself in 5 years. (You have 15 seconds to complete this task.)

Pay attention to how you look in 5 years, where you live, what you do. (You have 15 seconds to complete this task.) Imagine that you are very happy with your life. What do you do? What are you responsible for? What is your occupation? Who is next to you? (You have 15 seconds to complete this task.)

Now take three deep breaths. Stretch, tense and then relax your muscles, open your eyes. Try to remember everything you saw.

Now everyone will take a sheet of paper and write down what they will be like in 5 years: where they will live and work, who will be there. Think also about how you achieved this. (You have 10 minutes to complete this task.)

After completing the task, the participants again take their places in the circle. A discussion is underway. The facilitator asks the trainees the following questions:

Are you satisfied with the way you see the future?

What did you like the most?

Was there anything you didn't like?

What would you like to change in your image of the future?

What steps need to be taken for this?

Creative game "Creation of the world"

Target : creative self-disclosure of participants and increasing their competence in the field social adaptation in the course of a job search.

Required material: paper sheet, scissors, glue, colored markers.

After the "world is created", the trainer cuts the sheet of drawing paper into a number of parts equal to the number of working subgroups. Then he shuffles and confuses the cut parts, after which he distributes to each subgroup one part of the “created world” with the following task:

  • describe the inherited part of the created world;
  • give everything the necessary names;
  • emphasize the characteristic features;
  • political system;
  • areas of activity;
  • import and export items;
  • approximate population;
  • what the population does, the most demanded professions;
  • whether there is unemployment, prospects for the development of the labor market;
  • cultural traditions (anthem, flag, slang, myths, legends, norms, rules, standards of life and behavior, what a foreigner needs to know and be able to get into the state, etc.).
  • The 10 commandments are certain universal human laws that are obligatory for every person to observe.

farewell ritual

Reflection "Live Questionnaire"

All participants in a circle answer the following questions:

Was there anything unexpected for you in this lesson?

· What did you like?

What didn't you like?

What color is your mood right now?

Optimist's Commandment:

“Almost everyone notices how money is wasted, but few notice how life is wasted on anxieties and fears”

How easy it was in childhood, when we came up with dreams for ourselves, sometimes sky-high in the literal sense of the word: “I’ll grow up and become an astronaut!”. But over the years, the enthusiasm somehow diminished, life disappointed, and interest in former dreams disappeared. Many adults have no idea what they want to become and what they long to do. And I'm embarrassed to admit it even to myself. Today we will try to find goals in life and understand our purpose.

Are you not sure that your life has a purpose and you are moving towards your destiny? Then pay attention to the mood in which you wake up in the morning. There was a period when I was stuck at a job I hated for several years. I didn't even realize that I hated her. Money diligently dripped into the account, clients arrived, the authorities promoted. But every morning I got up broken, tired, angry ... All the time I attributed my bad mood to an irregular schedule. But here's the thing: at another job with less pay and even more hassle, I was... happy! Yes, yes, I jumped out of bed in the morning, sometimes waking up before the alarm went off. Energy was in full swing. So what's the difference? Yes, the fact that I did the first job through “I don’t want to”, wasting energy. But the second was a real pleasure, filling me with energy.

If you wake up in a bad mood in the morning, pay attention to the following methods. They will help you rethink your priorities and find your purpose.

1. Logical connections

Make a detailed list of all the activities that lift your spirits. These can be the most outlandish options, such as “I love to inhale the smell of coffee in the morning” or “I love to find fault with spelling errors, bringing others to white heat.” What if you are born tasters or excellent editors? When the list is ready, divide the activities into logical groups. To save time, use Euler circles by entering point numbers in them. Forgot what it is? These are circles that are drawn at school in economics lessons or at university in logic courses. By grouping your hobbies, you can identify a pattern and understand what you are most drawn to. By the way, sometimes circles can intersect. And if this happens to you, so much the better! Classes that find themselves in several circles at once are the most reliable area that guarantees the greatest success, since you will have several motivations. You will be able to master new knowledge with a minimum of costs and efforts. Consider an example: circle 1 - raising children, circle 2 - drawing, circle 3 - literature. Alternatively, you should consider creating illustrations for children's books.

2. Immortal Highlander

Remember the series about the immortal highlander, who changed his lifestyle in every century? He was either a philanthropist or a great warrior. Imagine that you have an infinite supply of time and can live not one life, but several. Dozens of rebirths, hundreds, thousands... Moreover, the knowledge accumulated in past lives will be preserved, as well as the accumulated wealth. Your hands are untied, you can be anyone. So who are you in your first life? And in the next ones? Find common ground in your rebirths.

3. Stop, moment. You are great!

And now imagine that we do not have thousands of lives, but only one day, but it is the best, ideal, and every second of it fills us with joy. Imagine your perfect day in every detail. Consider the surrounding scenery. Most imagine themselves on vacation when they don't have to go to work, and that's fine. Such thoughts may indicate that your current job does not allow you to rest and you need to find one that will give you the freedom to LIVE, and not exist as a worker ant. Every night before bed, imagine a piece of the day. Think about where you wake up: in a luxurious mansion, on a desert island, on a yacht, or at least on Mars! By the way, such fantasies for the coming dream are a great way to relieve stress. Relaxing melodies helped me get in the right mood and let my imagination run wild.

Represented? Excellent. Now we divide all the details of the day into two groups: a) urgent need; b) just a whim. The trick is to distinguish whim from urgent need. For example, for some, life by the sea is an optional condition, but for someone it is physically bad away from the rustle of the waves and their overflows. Perhaps such people should connect their goal with the sea: do oceanology or become sailors. You can live the perfect day several times, modifying it. After all, each of us has many talents, we have more than one hobby. But if some features of an ideal day are repeated over and over again, then you have found something without which life is not sweet for you!

4. In my image and likeness

Remember the saying "tell me who your friend is and I'll tell you who you are"? Impossible to become successful person and move towards the goal, if there are only bores who have lost faith in life around. With whom you will lead - from that you will type. Right now, close your eyes and imagine the inhabitants of the world in which you would be absolutely happy. Who are they: philosophers, athletes, architects? These fictional residents reflect your interests. Take a closer look at the characters of your marvelous new world. You will see yourself and your aspirations in them. They are pieces of the puzzle that form a single picture of your "I".

5. We all come from childhood

It’s sad when you don’t go through the first four tasks, and you give one answer to all questions: “I ... don’t know. I don't know what fascinates me. I don't know what world I want to live in. I don’t know what day is perfect for me and how I would live an immortal life.” If this is happening to you, do not rush to become discouraged. I assure you that you have all this knowledge, it's just that they are littered with a bunch of rubbish accumulated over a lifetime, relegated to the farthest shelf of memory. So how do you get them out? We must remember ourselves in childhood!

Rewind time back to those bright years when you were restless, enthusiastic children. What attracted you then? Then you knew about your destiny, but forgot about it or abandoned your dream, succumbing to the convictions of adults. And remember not one dream, but all those activities that aroused a keen interest in you. Do not limit yourself to one thing, so as not to miss other hobbies that are not so obvious. I assure you, it is never too late to turn from the wrong route to the right one. Take a look at the dizzying success of JK Rowling. She vegetated on a penny salary, and then became a multimillionaire, returning to her childhood passion - writing books. All these fees are a nice addition, and the real pleasure comes from the recognition of your talent, no matter what it is expressed in.

Here's another example for you. Once upon a time there was a boy named Theodore Seuss Geisel. The boy loved to draw, but school teacher ISO firmly stated: "No, he will never learn to draw NORMALLY." Normal - what a pale and boring word. Ted grew up and became known to the whole world under the pseudonym Dr. Seuss. To this day, children read his books with great pleasure and admire outlandish illustrations. It was Suze who gave us the Cat in the Hat, Horton, the Grinch, the Lorax. Please, and you do not break the connection with childhood!

Where are you going?

Are you coming? Here is a classic question to ask yourself. Take a moment out of your busy schedule and ask yourself, “Where am I going?” It can be difficult to find a purpose, but only it fills our existence with meaning when you can say to yourself with a smile: “I don’t live in vain.” This feeling is worth it!

It may be difficult for someone to quickly perform the listed techniques. The older we get, the more difficult it is to honestly answer the question of who you want to become and what is the meaning of life for you. Brush off parental advice, teacher guidance, flashy ads that guarantee a piece of happiness when you buy a product for as little as 999.99. Throw aside everything superficial, take a deep breath and listen to your inner voice. Listen to the quiet whisper coming from the depths of your heart... What is he telling you?

The meaning of life is the maximum value,
maximum value of something
to which you are aware of your involvement.

CONVERSATION

Does life have any meaning at all? And if so, which one? What exactly? Or is life completely meaningless? These questions, deep down, torment every person. A person for a while, even for a long time, can completely forget about it, plunge headlong into everyday problems, worries, interests. But this question cannot be entirely dismissed. And even the most spiritually dull, fat, sleeping person returns to this question, because death is approaching. Aging, illness, etc. sets in. Dying is scary. As a rule, the one who has not revealed the meaning of life is afraid. Fear of death is actually a transformed fear of life. It happens that life passes very quickly, days follow one another, as in a kaleidoscope, and one day suddenly a person faces a fact: life has passed, and there was no life, because there was no sense in it. Many philosophical and psychological currents consider the problem of meaning from different positions. Viktor Emil Frankl, an Austrian psychiatrist and psychologist, finds the meaning of life in life itself, in every moment of it. He created logotherapy, according to which the driving force behind human behavior is the desire to find and realize the meanings existing in the outside world: the meaning of study, the meaning of work, the meaning of love, hatred, suffering, death, existence, etc.

Life cannot be deprived of meaning, under any circumstances. The meaning of life can always be found. It is difficult to describe life, you can feel it, cherish it. It's also hard to rate. Life unfolds and all of it is in this moment, "here and now!" - no more and no less. A wise man lives every day as if it were his last, a normal person lives in the future.

EXERCISE "MY MEANINGS"

(Work in notebooks).

Instruction. Please write down the questions:

1. What do I give to life? (Creativity, work, study...)

2. What am I taking from life? (Values, experiences, experience...)

3. My position in relation to fate. How do I feel about the way I live.

4. What am I striving for?

5. What do I give to work?

6. What do I take from labor?

7. How do I feel about work?

Please write down the answers to these questions. You will get a small treatise on the search for meanings. Discussion. Impression.

3. METHOD "DROP ON GLASS"

I stage. Immersion in a relaxation state (relaxation of the body according to the traditional scheme), or a simple brief setting for relaxation. For example:

Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Breathe in and out calmly. Your breath is free. Imagine…

II Main text.

… Imagine that you are standing at the window. The rain is drumming and its drops are flowing down the glass... Some are rapidly sliding down, others, as if trying to catch on and stop the fall, float for some time on a smooth transparent surface, leaving thin paths behind them and eventually also get lost behind the perimeter of the window.

Gray clouds are floating across the sky, behind a continuous veil of which - you know this for sure - is a clear blue sky and a bright warm sun. Just like even during the most difficult working week, there is an island of weekends that can be made bright and warm even in cold winters, just as in the stream of life's problems there are always events filled with special warmth, light, when every moment is filled with a feeling of happiness, and the burden of everyday worries becomes completely weightless ...

And on such a gray day, sometimes in a special way you suddenly want to feel this weightlessness and be there, behind a veil of gray clouds and clouds. And in that moment, you find that you can fly. You find that invisible wings are already carrying you to the heights ... the whistle of the wind and the elasticity of the air, coolness and freshness ... The feeling of free flight, independence and strength, overcoming the streams of drops and droplets. Somewhere far away, people, trees, houses remained below ... and it seems ... quite a bit more and here it is a clear sky and warm rays of the sun, here it is - a dream ... And suddenly you notice that you merge with the streams of droplets rushing down, turning into one of them. An unexpected turn, or just fatigue ... and you are carried back - down. Trying to hold on, you try to somehow influence what is happening, and ... you manage to cling to someone's window. There is a light behind the glass, and someone is standing at the window. Maybe you want to scream, call for help, you want attention and support, and there is hope that this person can help. He sees a silent drop rolling down the glass ... And you are again in free flight down.

… Once on the ground, among wet and sticky lumps of soil, cold pebbles and wood residues, and looking around, you notice everywhere a lot of seeds and seeds of various colors and shapes. Droplets of water roll up to some of them, and they come to life, sprout sprouts and rush up. And soon beautiful flowers or mighty trees will appear up there. And you too can grow your flower of life, the flower of your dreams. You just need to determine what this flower will be, and choose the appropriate seed. And it doesn't matter what color, size it will be, the main thing is that this choice is made by the heart, made by you and for yourself.

… And at this moment, when you approach your seed, connect with it, it doesn’t matter whether you found this seed next to you, or in yourself… and it turned out that it has always been a part of you… And, feeling an unprecedented surge of strength, inspiration… and lightness, you rush upward… a renewed, fresh, strong sprout of your creation, or creation and rebirth of yourself. Through the thickness of the barriers, making your way to the sun, you notice that it is already light around, the sun's rays play in the pearls of the water on the foliage. And may there not be the same creation on Earth as your flower, just as there is no exactly the same person as you. As the one and only value of this world... And it doesn't matter what you managed to grow - a small unique forget-me-not, or a huge rose bush... after all, this is your creation, there may be contact with a dream.

Feeling how your flower opens its branches and buds, you feel new strengths, new opportunities, and, most importantly, you know that surprises, falls and mistakes can give great strength, experience and inspiration on the way to your dream. And having retained these sensations of strength, freshness, new opportunities and new knowledge, you rise higher and higher above your creation and ... again you are transferred to a room with a window. Droplets roll down the glass again. Everyone has their own path and you know how to go through it, you understand what they have yet to understand. And maybe you want to say something to the droplets sliding down, to wish something, to remind you of something. Do it... And I don't know what this adventure meant to you. What it was - a journey into your inner world, where there is also different weather, where there are droplets that give strength and grains from which you can grow new abilities, a new self. Or is it just a story, ... a film about one of the options for creating fate.

And now, remembering everything that you may have learned, understood, everything that surprised you or seemed important, come back here to our office.

III Issues for discussion.

Impressions, feelings, experiences? What happened to you, what stages were experienced most vividly? Associations with what life strategies in situations of error or unexpected obstacles arise in connection with the experience gained in the exercise?

For each of you, the image of a drop has evoked certain life associations, each of you has the experience of experiencing yourself in the role of a drop in real life and there is an experience of reviving yourself, self-support in certain life events. Everyone has their own grains, which they managed to germinate and which now serve as a reliable foothold - your experience, your achievements and victories, the discovery of some facets of your "I". All this experience and personal baggage of life knowledge and skills are priceless and worth talking about separately. Let's do it this way.

Take a sheet of paper and markers. At the bottom we will draw a drop, maybe you will have several of them. The drop we have now will symbolize those life situations in which you experienced something similar to what you experienced today. From the droplet we draw sprouts, and our droplet is already acquiring the image of a grain (the trainer draws a possible example on the board), the image of rebirth and life. Draw leaves and flowers on the sprouts. Let each flower symbolize that experience, those life acquisitions that you received thanks to these difficulties, problems, crises. You can make explanatory inscriptions (10-15 minutes).

4. EXERCISE "OVERCOMING"

Memo on resolving problematic and crisis situations. Participants are provided with a rough sample of it, in which they can make changes in accordance with their experience and the characteristics of the problems being analyzed.

A guide to problem solving.

The problem decision process has 5 components.

1. Orientation in the problem. It's important to remember here. Everyone has problems, if you have a problem, you are a normal person! Many people have similar problems, you are not alone! Do not avoid facing problems, try to solve them - it is in your power! The first idea is not always the best, before you start to act, stop and think! If you wish, you can change yourself and resolve any problems. Listen to your feelings, they will be the first to give a signal that something is going wrong! The sooner you find a problem, the sooner you can fix it!

2. Definition and formulation of the problem. In order to better understand the essence of the problem, describe it using the following characteristics: who, what, why, where and how. Stop, think, and describe the problem and your goals. Clearly and specifically describe all available facts! Separate available from hidden information and facts from assumptions! Explore the factors and circumstances that create a problem situation (obstacles and conflicts). Accurately define your goals, dividing them into rational and irrational. A list of "keys" can be used to clear up confusing areas of the problem:

  • Known
  • Thoughts
  • Opinions
  • Ratings
  • The senses
  • Reactions
  • Solutions
  • unsolvable
  • Attempts
  • failures
  • Effects
  • Mistakes
  • Agreements
  • Interference
  • Resources
  • Ignored
  • misunderstood
  • Lacks
  • Suppressed
  • Held back
  • Forgotten
  • objections
  • Achieved
  • Healthy
  • Constantly
  • changing
  • Lurking
  • Positively
  • negative
  • curious
  • mysteriously
  • Interesting
  • Is hidden
  • imposed
  • Left unanswered
  • Does not exist
  • Desirable
  • Internal prohibitions
  • intrusive
  • Anxiety
  • Can be learned

Keys are used in the form of questions. For example: What resources are available to achieve...? What attempts have been made? What obstacles arose? Does anyone make any assessments? And you? What worries you in this situation? What obstacles exist? What mistakes could or could be made? etc.

3. Generation of alternatives. Without criticizing or evaluating, put forward as many options for solving the problem as possible - they must be specific and logical! Try to combine and improve ideas.

4. Making a decision. Evaluation of possible solutions. Criteria:

  1. What is the probability that this option will help achieve the goal?
  2. What is the probability that I will be able to use this solution in the best possible way?

Consequence assessment. Personal consequences - time, effort, emotional costs or benefits, compliance with moral and ethical values, physical state etc. Social consequences: effect in the family, with friends, etc. Short and long term implications – how will this decision affect me now? In future?

5. Selecting the most efficient alternatives and converting them into the optimal solution.

If there is a discrepancy between the goal and the observed effect, try to determine whether the source of the difficulty is in the process of solving problems or implementing solutions. In the first case, you can go through the entire solution algorithm again, in the second, you should think about how to improve the way the solution is implemented.

Remember! The presence of problems indicates that you are a person, and the ability to solve them - that you are a happy person.

Crisis can become an opportunity!

5. REFLECTION

MY REFLECTIONS. Fill in.

Greeting exercise "Come on all together »

One participant becomes the leader. The rest choose a few lines from a well-known poem or song and distribute the words among themselves.. Each participant should get one word. To simplify the game, words can be distributed in a circle- each in order says one word from the song( poems); if someone lacked words, the line repeats again.

After that, the leading participant enters the room. At the command of the coach, everyone in chorus pronounces the words they got, and the water participant must guess, what song or poem did they think of. If he fails to do it the first time, the coach invites everyone to repeat the words again and again gives the command.

An example of a line from the song "It's great that we are all here today"

“Follow the sun, even though this path is unknown. Go my friend

always go the way of good"

Psychologist. In the classroom we will perform various interesting tasks and exercises. But in order for the classes to be successful, we need to discuss the rules that must be observed throughout all meetings.(Students offer, the teacher writes on whatman paper, which will be a mandatory attribute in each lesson).

Introduction to group rules

Psychologist: The next step of our meeting, according to the rules of good manners, will be an acquaintance.

Exercise "Snowball"

Each in turn calls his name and his positive quality with the first letter of his name, the next participant repeats the name and quality of the previous participant and says his name and quality, etc., until the whole group introduces itself.

Today I suggest you go on a journey called "life", realize your life goals, what is the meaning of life for each of you, gain new experience, new views on life in general, see something unexpected and very valuable in the surrounding reality. .

Take with you on the road those qualities that help you in life.

Exercise "Suitcase"

The group members name the necessaryqualities that will be useful to them along the way, the presenter writes them down on the image of the suitcase.

Remember and write or draw in each circle 5-7 events that had, have or can have the most important meaning for you.

Business game "What to spend your life on"

Game discussion: answer the following questions:

Which purchase are you most satisfied with?

Have you ever regretted not buying something?

Would you like to change something in the rules of the game?

Possible suggestions: “Before you buy something, you need to find out what else will be sold”; “I would like to be able to exchange a previously purchased item for any other item announced later”; “We need to give us more tokens before the game starts.”

Do you think this will make the game more interesting?

Psychologist: Most of your suggestions are really reasonable and correct. But the problem is that this is not the case in real life. It is impossible to make the same choice twice, just as it is impossible to “undo” the consequences of a previously made decision.

You may see a connection between shopping choices and certain personality traits. For example, you gave a token for a change in appearance - it means that you attach great importance to what others think of you.

Discussion (sample topics): “I realized that today / now ...”; "I was surprised..."; "I felt..."; "Think that..."; "Today I was annoyed..."; "I really liked/didn't like..."

An exercise "Dream of a Hero"

Target : creative self-disclosure of participants and increasing their competence in the field of social adaptation in the process of job search.

Required material : paper sheet, scissors, glue, colored markers.

After the "world is created", the trainer cuts the sheet of drawing paper into a number of parts equal to the number of working subgroups. Then he shuffles and confuses the cut parts, after which he distributes to each subgroup one part of the “created world” with the following task:

    describe the inherited part of the created world;

    give everything the necessary names;

    emphasize the characteristic features;

    political system;

    areas of activity;

    import and export items;

    approximate population;

    what the population does, the most demanded professions;

    whether there is unemployment, prospects for the development of the labor market;

    cultural traditions (anthem, flag, slang, myths, legends, norms, rules, standards of life and behavior, what a foreigner needs to know and be able to get into the state, etc.).

    The 10 commandments are certain universal human laws that are obligatory for every person to observe.

farewell ritual

Reflection "Live Questionnaire"

All participants in a circle answer the following questions:

Was there anything unexpected for you in this lesson?

· What did you like?

What didn't you like?

What color is your mood right now?

Optimist's Commandment:

“Almost everyone notices how money is wasted, but few notice how life is wasted on anxieties and fears”
