The Savelovskaya Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office opened criminal cases against four employees of the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute (MADI).

The deceit was revealed when they tried to get 5.5 million rubles from the institute's cash desk under a fake obligation: the defendants said that they were entitled to a percentage of the money that students pay for education.
The fourth employee of MADI - the head of the Department of Transportation Installations, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alexander Sova, is suspected of forging documents - a criminal case was initiated against him under the relevant article 327. By the way, the scientist had a secret form of admission No. 2 (among other things, he worked in the field of space technologies), which made it difficult to travel abroad (permits were needed from the FSB of the Russian Federation, the rector). However, Owl 3 times, without informing anyone, left the borders of Russia. It turned out that permits were falsified for this every time.

As it became known to MK, we are talking about alleged fraud with students of paid departments. Officially, the work to attract future students is engaged in selection committee(employees visit colleges, technical schools, organize fairs, open days, etc.). Neither Pulina, nor Karelina, nor Chubukov had anything to do with this activity. However, Pulina was able to view students' personal data. After that, on behalf of the students, fictitious acts of acceptance and transfer of work were drawn up - allegedly they were attracted to study. For this work, an agency fee was supposed: 12 thousand rubles for each part-time student and 16 thousand rubles for a full-time student of paid departments. In total, allegedly 375 students were attracted absentee form and 75 full-time. By the way, students from Pulina's list as one wrote that they chose the university on their own and did not know this woman. The suspicions of the new leadership of the university arose when Pulina tried to get 5 million 428 thousand rubles from the cash desk of the MADI accounting department as a salary. Such a large amount aroused suspicion among the leadership of the university, and an official check was appointed. After that, all the documents were handed over to the police. And Karelina, in addition to such episodes, is also suspected of forging the official seal on documents (police examinations showed that these are not real MADI seals). It is possible that the investigators may initiate a criminal case under Article 327 (“Forgery, production or sale of forged documents, state awards, stamps, seals, letterheads”).

Some academic disciplines- for example, customs operations - taught by a librarian-bibliographer by profession, that is, the teacher's qualifications are inadequate. The statement also indicated another suspicious fact: more than 1,000 MADI employees were trained free of charge at the IPK MADI (meanwhile, the average cost of the program is 50 thousand rubles). At the same time, the learning process itself could be a profanation, since curricula, delivery of offsets, final certification did not have. The damage from such activities is estimated at 50 million rubles.
