How to find exam results. How to find out the results of the exam according to passport data. What information you need to provide to find out the results of the exam

Few can relax and calmly wait for the results of the exam. Most 11th grade graduates live in a state of anxiety with their parents. After all, the future of yesterday's schoolchildren depends on the grades received. Therefore, it is so important to know the results of the exam as early as possible.

When will the results of the exam in various subjects be known

7-14 days from the date of writing are allotted for checking the exam. Checking written examination papers is carried out in several stages: in the Regional, Federal centers and the State Examination Commission.

In 2018, the results of the exam in various subjects should be known no later than:

  • Russian language - 25.06;
  • mathematics (basic) - 15.06;
  • mathematics (profile) - 18.06;
  • history, chemistry - 20.06;
  • informatics, ICT, geography - 15.06;
  • literature, physics, foreign languages (oral and written delivery) - 05.07;
  • biology - 04.07;
  • social science - 29.06.

With a small number of graduates, it is possible to accelerate the processing of information in specific regions and the appearance of results earlier than the set date.

In different regions, the information processing process depends on the number of graduates taking the exam

Where and how can I check the results of the exam

The official website dedicated to the Unified State Examination states that official results can be obtained at the school or in the regional educational authorities in which the participants of the Unified State Examination were registered.

Preliminary information on the results of the exam will be available on a special information portal http://check.ege.edu.ru. To gain access, you must enter your full name, registration code or document number (you do not need to specify a series), select a region and print the code from the picture.

The service is available to registered users. To receive data, you must go through authorization on the portal and fill out a special application.

The possibility of entering a university depends on the results of the exam

Rosobrnadzor specialists have established the minimum allowable number of USE scores required for admission to universities. The higher the scores in core subjects, the more likely it is to get into the chosen specialty. The results are entered into a special information system There is no provision for issuing paper certificates.

After passing the exam, many school graduates and their parents are wondering:

Where can I find out the results of the exam?

Every subject Russian Federation independently establishes ways to inform the participants of the exam about the results of the exam for free.

Find out the results of the unified state exam, as well as incl. - essays in Russian, you can:

When can I get the results of the exam?

In the regions, USE participants must be informed of their results no later than 3 working days after the Rosobrnadzor announces the minimum number of points (minimum threshold) for each of the subjects. 6 calendar days after the test are given to process the results of the USE in the Russian language and mathematics. Processing of the USE results in other general subjects (physics, chemistry, biology, geography, literature, history, social science, computer science and ICT, foreign language) USE results must be completed within 4 calendar days after the corresponding exam.

Thus, participants will be able to find out their results in compulsory subjects (Russian, mathematics) at least 9 days after the exam, in elective subjects - after 7 days.

In regions with hard-to-reach and remote territories, the results of the USE may be announced a little later. However, the deadline for announcing the results of the USE in the Russian language and mathematics should not exceed 12 days after the exam, in selective subjects - 9 days, and the results of the USE in additional terms (in July) - 8 days.

Official regional websites informing about the results of the exam

In many regions, to inform USE participants regional information processing centers (RTsOI) special free sites have been created where you can find out your results with an individual code. Typically, the code would be:

Find out the results of the Unified State Examination in the region on the websites of the RCOI:

Frequently asked Questions

  1. What is the "Registration Code" and where can I find it?

  2. The registration code is required to identify the USE participant, it is indicated on the USE pass. In case of loss of the pass, you must contact the place of issue of passes for the exam at your place of residence

    If your data is not in the system, then perhaps there is a problem with writing the letter "ё" in your full name. From the point of view of the system "Semenov" and "Semyonov" - different people. Try different spellings.

  3. What are criteria?

  4. The assessment criteria for the assignment are used during the review of part C of the participant's work.

    A job can have one or more criteria. The criteria are not applied to all tasks of Part C. The number of points for the task is equal to the sum of the points for all the criteria of this task. Detailed information on the assessment criteria is on the FIPI website

  5. What is primary and test score?

  6. Primary score- this is the total score for the answers to the tasks of all parts of the examination paper.

    Test score- this is the result of recalculation (scaling) of the primary score as a result to bring it to a 100 point scale.

    What score goes into the certificate? - Test.

  7. How long is the USE certificate valid?

  8. The letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated November 20, 2013 N DL-344/17 "On the effect of the results of the unified state exam" clarified that, according to the new Law "On Education" (which entered into force on September 1, 2013), the results of the Unified State Exam for admission to undergraduate and specialist programs are valid for 4 years following the year of their receipt.

    The previous law provided that the certificate of USE results expired on December 31 of the year following the year in which it was received.

    In this regard, as of September 1, 2013, certificates issued after January 1, 2012 apply. Their validity period after September 1, 2013 is 4 years following the year of receipt.

    Therefore, admission to study under the bachelor's and specialist's programs is allowed if there are certificates of the Unified State Examination issued in 2012 and 2013. and valid until the end of 2016 and 2017. respectively.

What documents are needed for admission to the university

Admission procedure for training educational programs higher education- Bachelor's programs, specialist's programs, master's programs for 2015/16 academic year, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated July 28, 2014 No. 839 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), an exhaustive list of information indicated in the application for admission, a list of documents submitted by applicants, as well as a list of requirements for these documents.

According to the Procedure, the applicant submits to the selection committee:

    statement;

    original or photocopy of an identity document, citizenship;

    original (when applying to target places - mandatory) or a photocopy of a state-recognized document on education;

    4 photographs (if it is planned to enter the areas of study for which additional entrance tests of a creative and (or) professional orientation are conducted, additional entrance tests of a profile orientation or entrance tests conducted by the university independently);

    documents confirming benefits (if any).

Letter No. AK-1687/05 of June 22, 2015 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation "On the acceptance of documents from persons applying for undergraduate, specialist's, and master's programs" specifically explains that:

    the list established by the Procedure is exhaustive;

    all documents can be submitted in copies;

    certification of copies of documents is not required;

    no additional documents and information can be requested.

The procedure for those who enter according to the results of the exam:

    First, you need to carefully study the information on the number of passing points of the last year and preliminarily assess your own chances of admission.

    Submit copies of documents to 5 universities for 3 budget specialties in each. The original documents remain on hand or are submitted to a priority university, or to one where there is a high probability of admission. The next day (for insurance purposes) look for yourself in the competitive lists that are posted on the websites of universities.

    Total budget places in each university for each specialty of interest, it is better to clarify. It consists of the number of places allocated for the general competition + places for targeted students + places for preferential categories of applicants. Record the total number. Let, for example, it will be = 100.

    On July 27, universities open competitive lists, i.е. on this day, you can already see your place in the ranking, the competitive scores of other applicants, the number of submitted originals, the number of Olympiads entering without entrance examinations. However, it is too early to draw any concrete conclusions from this. At this stage, competitive listings provide only a general idea of the competitive environment.

    On July 30, universities publish orders for the enrollment of target students, privileged categories of applicants, and Olympiad students. Look at these orders and calculate how many people received according to these documents. Let's say it's 30 people.

    Determine how many budget places are actually left for the general competition. To do this, subtract 30 from 100, and thus it becomes clear that there are 70 budget places left for applicants based on the results of the Unified State Examination (conditional numbers from our example are given).

    See your place in the ranking. If this is a position from 1 to 70, with 99% certainty (1% for force majeure) we can say that if the originals are submitted on time (until August 3, inclusive), you will be enrolled in wave 1.

    In the period from July 30 to August 2, carefully observe the movement within the competitive list for each university and specialty, in terms of determining the exact number of submitted originals. Lists on the websites of universities should be updated every day.

    On August 2, in the evening, you finally decide where to carry the original documents (in the event that you did not take them earlier). At the same time, take into account the fact that in the first wave of everything (including target recipients, beneficiaries, Olympiads) up to 80% of all budget places can be filled (in our particular case, this is up to 80 places, and in the second only 20% ( in our case it is 20 places.) The criterion for making a final decision may be the place taken in the rating, the number of submitted originals, the number of free places remaining after the release of the orders for enrollment, published on July 30th.

    It must be borne in mind that the number of applicants who will keep the originals at home until the last moment may turn out to be large, and therefore on August 3 at admission committee perhaps a pandemonium from among those who brought the originals. This naturally can radically change the entire competitive situation.

    If you made it to wave 1, congratulations! If this did not work out, continue to closely monitor the competitive lists. At the same time, keep in mind that on August 3, orders will be issued for the enrollment of those applicants who entered the 1st wave. But this does not mean that all budget places that are reserved for the 1st wave will be completely filled. It is possible that some of the seats will remain free, and, in this case, they will be transferred to the 2nd wave, i.e., in our case, they will be added to 20.

    Everything will become clear on this issue on August 3 in the evening. You just need to look at the orders for enrollment and count the number of accepted applicants. Next, perform elementary arithmetic calculations and determine the exact number of budget places that will be played in the 2nd wave.

    Then you can proceed according to the algorithm set out in paragraphs 8 - 9 with the only difference that the process of monitoring the competitive lists is carried out from August 4 to 5, and the final decision on the originals (if they have not yet been submitted) is made on 5 in the evening, because on August 6 the last day for receiving documents, and on the 7th, orders for the enrollment of those applicants who entered the 2nd wave will already be published.

Decree of Rosobrnadzor dated June 20, 2014 N 1231-11, which previously established the minimum number of USE scores required for admission to study in bachelor's and specialist's programs, was declared invalid.

The information was posted on 05/30/2013. Supplemented on 06.06.2013, 12/07/2013, 05/31/2014, 06/29/2014, 09/12/2014, 05/05/2015, 05/28/2015, 06/26/2015, 10/13/2015, 06/14/2016, 05/30/2017, 03/21/2018, 16.04.04.04.04 .2019

On March 14, in many Russian regions, a trial USE in mathematics at the profile level was held. This exam was conducted in accordance with all the rules of the state exam, according to which exams will be taken in the summer and an early wave of the Unified State Examination will be held these days. The purpose of the trial USE was, among other things, to check the readiness of the regions for the beginning of the responsible period for passing the unified state exams, first by graduates of previous years, and then by graduates of the current year. Eleventh-graders who took the practice exam are interested in how to find out the results of the test exam in mathematics in 2018 by passport, what opportunities exist on the Internet.

Why is there no trial exam in mathematics at the profile level in the official USE schedule

Indeed, if we turn to the official schedule of the unified state exams on the special USE portal, which is supported by Rosobrnadzor, we will not find the concept of a training or trial exam there. Despite the fact that many eleventh graders wrote this exam on March 14, 2018, references to it in official timetable no.

The thing is that the training exams were held not at the federal level, but at the level of individual Russian regions.

So, if we turn to the news feed on the USE portal, then in the section with regional news we will find press releases that the trial USE in mathematics at the profile level in 2018 was held, among other things, in the following regions:

  • Murmansk region - here such an exam was written by 2059 graduates,
  • Altai Republic,
  • Volgograd region - more than 3500 graduates,
  • Arkhangelsk region - more than 150 graduates,
  • Penza region,
  • Chechen Republic - more than 500 graduates.

One of the goals early USE in mathematics - to check the organizational, technological and informational readiness for the USE in "combat" conditions. A week later, on March 21, an early wave of passing the Unified State Examination by graduates of past years and some graduates of the current year started.

How was the practice exam

Let us pay attention to the fact that the participants of the training exam wrote exactly the version of the exam in mathematics, which is profile, that is, more complex. This version of the USE in mathematics has recently become an elective exam in Russia. The mandatory USE in mathematics is a basic level exam, a simpler exam that tests the required minimum knowledge that all eleventh graders should have when they leave school. The profile version is necessary for those who will enter the physical and mathematical disciplines, programming, instrument making, etc.

The exam was conducted in the same way as it will be USE in the summer. Its duration was 3 hours 55 minutes. To enter the exam, it was necessary to present a passport.

A novelty of the Unified State Exam of 2018 was tested at the exam - forms with questions were printed out in the presence of eleventh graders. The tasks themselves were at that moment a surprise even for the members of the commission. In order for the secrecy to be fully respected, the jobs were received in encrypted form, the key was used immediately before the printing of the work began.

How to get acquainted with the results of the trial exam

Since trial exams were not held centrally, but at the regional level, information about the results will not necessarily be available on the USE portal. However, you should go there first.

To get acquainted with the results of the USE in 2018, you need to go to a special page of the USE portal or to the page of the corresponding service on the State Services portal. To enter, you need to enter your passport data, select the region of residence and agree to the processing of personal data.

If there are no results of the training exam in the centralized database, you can refer to the list regional portals where exam results are published. Such a list is officially provided on a special page of the portal “ Russian education". By clicking on the appropriate link to the website of your regional data processing center for the Unified State Examination, you can see both the points scored and a scan of your work, where all the marks of the inspector will be visible.

Usually, from the moment the exam is written to the announcement of the results, it takes up to two weeks(from 8 to 14 days).

How many days are the results of the exam checked

  • The processing of data in the RCOI in compulsory subjects should not exceed 6 calendar days after the exam.
  • The processing of data in the RCOI in subjects of choice should not exceed 4 calendar days after the exam.
  • Centralized verification at the Federal Testing Center should not exceed 5 business days.
  • The approval of the results of the USE in the State Examination Commission is carried out within 1 business day.
  • Within 1-3 days the results become known to the PES, and hence to the participants of the exam.

Who checks the exam

After the Unified State Examination, the forms with the work of graduates are sealed and sent to the regional information processing centers (RTsOI). During this period, your work is scanned by specialists and sent for machine verification of the tasks of the first part, and subject committees are engaged in checking the tasks of the second part of the exam (with a detailed answer).

Each work is checked by two experts independently of each other and scores are given. The results are entered into the verification protocol and transferred for further processing.

If the given score of two experts is the same, then this result is final. If the scores diverge, then the final result will be the arithmetic mean of the scores of the two experts rounded up. If the discrepancy is significant, then a third expert is assigned to check.

After checking at the RTsOI, the work of graduates is sent for a centralized check to the Federal Testing Center (FTC) to verify the answers of the exam participants with the correct answers and determine the primary and test scores USE.

Then the FTC transmits the results of the USE to the State Examination Commissions, which, after approval, distribute the results to the examination points (PET).

When will the exam results be announced?

After doing the calculations, you can preliminarily determine the approximate date of the announcement of the results of the exam:

  • : June 4-8
  • Literature: June 4-8
  • : June 7-11
  • : June 28 - July 2

USE, results of 2016 according to passport data: in 2016 the number of those who failed the exam decreased

Deputy head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev said that in 2016, compared to 2015, the number of school graduates who would be left without a certificate was halved.

He noted that already today there is a significant decrease in those removed from exams in the North Caucasus Federal District.

"The North Caucasus District is fully under our online surveillance. We are targeting, and targeting intkbbee regions, work targeted on each subject where they have a low score," TASS quoted him as saying.

Recently, the preliminary results of the Unified State Examination in the Russian language 2016 and mathematics became known. Recall that these two subjects are mandatory for graduates.

According to the results of the Unified State Examination in mathematics of the basic level in 2016, there was a significant improvement in performance and a decrease in the proportion of graduates who did not pass the exam. Wherein GPA was 4.14 against 3.95 in 2015. The number of graduates who wrote the exam with an unsatisfactory result decreased from 7.4% to 4.7%. The number of those who received "five" rose from 31.2% to 39.4%.

In turn, according to the results of the Unified State Examination in the Russian language in 2016, we can conclude that the share of those who wrote a paper with a high score was 25.5% against 20% last year. About 1% of participants could not overcome the minimum barrier, and last year there were 1.5% of such graduates.
