As a rule, the result of a healthy lifestyle is physical and moral health. They are closely related. There are many ways to improve your health, one of the most effective is hardening. Hardening improves immunity and strengthens the overall health of the body. The biggest benefit of hardening is that colds and flu will bypass you. If earlier, in order to get sick, a draft was enough for you, after hardening the body, no amount of cooling will make you get sick.
By hardening, a person learns to endure, without harming his health, not only the contrasts of cold and heat, but also physical and emotional overload, thirst and hunger. In other words, by hardening, a person increases his defenses. A seasoned person becomes more resilient, more restrained, more balanced, he has an increase in efficiency and an improvement in mood. It’s not without reason that they say that you can be strong without hardening, but it’s impossible to be truly healthy without it.
Hardening, as a method of strengthening and enhancing the health of the body, has been known since the distant past. It is known for sure that almost all the peoples of the country used hardening to strengthen the body. Even by hardening yourself occasionally, as a preventive measure, you can significantly strengthen your immune system. In Rus', hardening was given special importance. Hardening was a mass activity, special time was allocated for hardening, and practically the entire population was hardened. This, in most cases, was the reason that the entire population was a believer, and it was customary to harden oneself in the cold of Epiphany.
We visited the Tyurin family. And they saw that their daughter Katerina was doing hardening in their family. And she hardens herself like this: she takes a steam bath, and then swims in the Teshe River, where the water is ice-cold even in summer. She carries out such procedures all year round. But she didn’t begin to harden right away. First she took air baths, then contrast douses in the bathhouse, then she swam in the snow in winter, and only then she began to run and swim in the river. She does all this systematically.
She says that if you have ever been to a bathhouse, you are unlikely to forget this feeling of literally being reborn. Colds, aching joints, depression and just a million minor and sometimes very serious illnesses go away, an amazing lightness appears, and an extraordinary surge of energy is felt.
Katya traditionally steams with a birch broom, which is prepared by the whole family.
Looking at the eldest daughter, the rest of the family members began to engage in hardening - dad, mom, brother Dmitry. She learned how to toughen up from her relative. After such hardening, Katya’s mother, Natalya Alekseevna, saw that her daughter began to get sick less. Her chronic runny nose went away and her emotional state improved.
Katya told us about the vitamin cocktail she uses after a bath. Its recipe
simple: brew medicinal herbs (strawberry, nettle, lingonberry, chamomile) with boiling water and add lemon or berries. It insists, and the whole family drinks it with pleasure.

Firstly, they harden by walking barefoot - the body is hardened, the nervous system is strengthened, the feet are massaged, and flat feet are corrected. Their grandson also loves to swim and douse himself with cool water. Therefore, his body is accustomed to unfavorable weather conditions; he is not afraid of sudden changes in weather. Artyom’s mother notes that after such procedures he is cheerful and active.
Having visited these families, we learned about the benefits of hardening, the healing properties of a bathhouse, a broom, vitamin drinks, the benefits of walking barefoot and dousing with water. Gardening at home is the key to the health of children in the family
Modern fashion for a healthy lifestyle and environmental design is gradually changing the appearance of our homes. Clean and fresh air is of great importance. Living plants solve this problem perfectly - they saturate the space with oxygen, increase humidity, and reduce the amount of dust. Indoor plants create coziness and serve as interior decoration. Such plants have a beneficial effect on human physical and psychological health. To clearly see this, we visited families where they plant indoor flowers.
We were greeted at the Budaragin family by the owner Svetlana and daughter Maria. They willingly shared the secrets of growing indoor flowers. It turns out this is a troublesome and time-consuming job. But the result is worth it: flowers create comfort and a calming environment. Svetlana told us that by caring for flowers, she rests and psychologically relaxes. You need to constantly talk to them as if they were alive. Only then do flowers grow well and delight with their beauty. We saw that flowers were present in every room and they were all clean, well-groomed and very green. My daughter helps take care of them: waters them, feeds them, wipes off the dust. She really enjoys doing this. She says that flowers create coziness in the house and each flower is unusual in its own way. She shared information about the wonderful Kalanchoe flower. This flower is considered the plant of life, a medicinal plant. In addition, it perfectly purifies the air and absorbs all harmful radiation from electrical appliances. The leaves of this flower are a storehouse of vitamins. Biologists found polysaccharides, mineral salts, trace elements, vitamin C and organic acids in its juice. The plant can withstand temperatures up to 10 degrees Celsius, but loves the sun and does not tolerate humid air. Not only does this flower heal, it also creates comfort in the home.
The owner said that flowers relieve headaches and children are less likely to get acute respiratory infections. And working together with her daughter to care for flowers unites her with common interests.
In the Marochkin family, the housewife, Elena Valentinovna, is responsible for landscaping the house. We saw many interesting flowers and learned the stories associated with them. For example, she grew a pineapple from the top of a fresh pineapple that stood on the wedding table of her son Igor.

Sport permeates all levels of modern society, having a broad impact on the main spheres of society. It influences national relations, business life, social status, shapes fashion, ethical values, and people's way of life. We visited the Belov family, where father Alexey and two sons, Dmitry and Ivan, practice winter sports - hockey. My father instilled a love for this sport. While still at school, he attended a sports school and was the best player on the team. He is convinced that sport helped to instill faith in one’s strengths and capabilities. And the lessons learned on the hockey field later helped in life. It was sport that made him a real person - a real man, which is very important for the younger generation. Alexey also taught his sons to play sports from childhood. At first I took them to watch games and practices, and when they grew up a little, I began to teach and coach them. The eldest son is a little more enthusiastic. He already plays on the same team with his father. And his father forces the younger Ivan, constantly reminding him that in modern life you need to rely on yourself, that achieving success depends on hard work, patience, and strong-willed skills. Vanya says: “at first, for a beginner, this sport seemed very difficult to me: I was always falling, or breaking my nose, or I was just too lazy to get on skates. A few years later, I began to look forward to winter coming. Skating in the fresh air, hitting the puck into the goal or lightly jogging around the rink, worrying about the outcome of the game - all this became my hobby. From all this we

You know how to give birth to a child, you know how to teach - these were the words the head of the family, Mikhail Aleksandrovich Mysyagin, greeted us with. It was not in vain that we visited this family. Mikhail Alexandrovich, Anna Anatolyevna (both have pedagogical education) and son Sergei are constantly at work. Adults themselves were taught to work from childhood and they also raise their son in the same way. The owner said that they started teaching her son to work with domestic work. The main thing, she believes, is that by involving children in performing household duties, we cultivate the habit of working, and along with it, the habit of caring for loved ones, thereby forming noble motives. Probably the best gift for a mother is if her daughter or son tells her, tired after work: “You rest - I’ll peel the potatoes myself.” It is with everyday work that labor education begins, and it does not matter who the child becomes when he grows up - a pilot or a cook, a worker or a manager. The habit and ability to do something with one’s own hands will be useful to him in any profession, and, in addition, they greatly contribute to the mental development of the child.

In his free time, Sergei works in his garage. There was great delight in the boys' eyes when we got there and saw several motorcycles. “This is my hobby,” says Sergei, “I like to tinker with technology. So in the Klopov family, family vacations are given great importance. Dad, Sergei Ivanovich, happily organizes all the trips of the family: mother, daughter Tatyana and son Dima. He believes that a joint vacation brings the family together, helps to relax, and gain new strength for further work. And Lyudmila Nikolaevna says that the most vivid impressions of childhood remain with children from trips and trips to different places. Their parents taught them to enjoy family holidays. She says: “It’s so fun for the whole family to relax and share their impressions. My brother and I remember interesting moments for a long time. There are enough impressions for a whole year. It’s nice to remember old adventures and dream about new ones in a warm family atmosphere.” Tanya told us that she liked all the trips, but it was more pleasant to remember the warm sea. How nice it is to lie on the sea sand and not think about anything! And Kazan amazed me with its unusual beauty. She dreams of visiting the water park again.
Having visited this family, we saw that every family needs a family vacation. It helps to establish friendly relations in the family, occupy the leisure time of children and adults, broadens their horizons, establishes certain traditions in the family, and unites adults and children. And most importantly, it has a positive effect on children’s health. The condition for the successful formation of a healthy lifestyle is close, sincere friendship between children and parents, their constant desire to be together, communicate, and consult. Communication is a great force that helps parents understand the child’s thinking and, by the first signs, determine a tendency towards negative actions in order to prevent them in time.

Sports corner in the family

The children’s mother correctly noted that a simple structure not only maximally satisfies the child’s need for movement, but also develops it: sports equipment is always available at home, so it allows you to enrich any game with movement, alternating physical activity with mental activity. By working out at a children's sports complex, you can teach him how to jump and fall correctly, which in the future will reduce the threat of injury outside the home: the baby will learn to calculate his strength and be careful.
Son Kirill showed us several tricks that he performs on the horizontal bar and explained that thanks to training on sports equipment, he has become stronger, more mobile and flexible. The muscles of the arms, shoulder girdle, chest, back, spine and abdominals become stronger. He said: “I really like playing with my friends here, we compete - who can hang on the rings longer, who can reach the ceiling faster, who can do the most pull-ups. I like to tell my friends that sports and physical education lead everyone forward in difficult times and will not let us down.” The little sister also keeps up with her brother and tries to repeat his movements. This gives her great joy.
In the Grunin family we also saw a trampoline, sports balls, and throwing equipment. And on the street near the house, dad built a whole playground for his children. There is a sandbox, a house, and a large swing that can be used as a horizontal bar. There is a lot of space for games and various movements. Alexey, the father of the family, believes that the presence of a children's sports corner for children stimulates the manifestation of leadership in him
abilities. For example, by climbing to the top, they seem to be training to overcome the obstacles that await them in adulthood. By the way, dad himself actively works with the children, explains and controls the movements, tells them how to perform them correctly.
Mom Victoria Yuryevna advises: “We should not forget about the benefits of simple rules, the observance of which helps to maintain health. This includes morning exercises with older family members, jogging around the house, walking together before bed, ventilating the room, and observing personal hygiene rules.”
We saw that the family has created all the conditions for the physical development of children. The Grunin family tries to raise their children strong, strong, and healthy. There are many obstacles on this path, including the widespread use of fast food and the excess of carbohydrates in food (flour products and sweets) in modern life.

In our opinion, the solution can be active acquaintance with and use of delicious and healthy dishes of traditional Russian cuisine in everyday life. Breakfast - porridge, lunch - soup, dinner - vegetable, fish or dairy dishes. Russian folklore gives us confirmation of the correctness of these traditions. There are many such proverbs and sayings: “Russian porridge is our mother. What kind of lunch is there if there is no porridge? Cabbage soup and porridge are our food. Firstly, soups are quite filling and at the same time light, they are quickly absorbed by the body and improve digestion. All products in soups retain more nutrients due to cooking. Vegetable soups have preventive and stimulating properties; they help the body restore fluid balance and, as a result, stabilize blood pressure levels. The latter is relevant in urban environments not only for adults, but also for children, where most people lead a sedentary lifestyle. Chicken broth soups are useful for colds. Puree soups contain many vitamins and microelements that are beneficial for humans .

The evening meal should also be nutritious, but low in calories, so as not to contribute to overweight and obesity. Chapter 2. My family is my strength

Our family takes the formation and maintenance of a daily routine and hygiene very seriously. Great importance is attached to the ratio of periods of wakefulness and sleep in accordance with age and individual characteristics. My sleep is 9 hours, adults sleep 7-8 hours. There are also family characteristics. So, my grandfather and mother, if possible, prefer to take 0.5-1 hour for a short nap during the day, which gives them the opportunity to restore strength and continue active professional and social activities. Compliance with the rules of hygiene is something that our family has been taught since childhood. Washing your hands before eating and after a walk, keeping your body, clothes, shoes, bed linen clean, mandatory brushing your teeth 2 times a day - these are the basic rules that I have known since early childhood.

In nutrition, our family adheres to the following rules: balance, variety and systematicity. Breakfast in my family mainly consists of porridge (oatmeal, semolina, buckwheat), cottage cheese, sandwiches with butter and cheese, and fruit. This healthy breakfast tradition has been passed down in our family from generation to generation and ensures a healthy and energetic start to each day.

For lunch, our family prefers to eat soups. Some of the favorite soups that mother and grandmother prepare are borscht with rabbit meat, vegetable puree soup with minced beef, pea soup, rassolnik, and cabbage soup. Be sure to have bread, onions, garlic, mustard, and pepper on the table during lunch. Bread plays an important role in human nutrition. It’s not for nothing that the Russian proverb says: “Bread is the head of everything.” Indeed, in addition to the fact that it is a source of calories and additional factors (vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids), it also plays an important role in the entire physiology of nutrition. The latter is that regular intake of bread with foodgives the mass of absorbing food a favorable consistency and structure, which contributes to more efficient functioning of the digestive tract and more complete wetting with digestive juice.

Our family’s tradition is also the regular consumption of fermented milk products, mainly kefir, which my mother and grandmother prepare at home. I like to drink kefir at night and always with garlic.

Physical activity and physical activity always accompany our family. It’s not for nothing that people say: “Movement is life.” After all, a sedentary lifestyle (hypodynamia) leads to poor functioning of all body systems and a lack of oxygen in the organs. In winter, our whole family often goes ice skating.The skating rink is an excellent hardening, the best remedy for overload and stress. It improves sleep, metabolism, strengthens the nervous system, heart, respiratory organs, and helps form correct posture. Summer is the best time for sports and active recreation. Roller skates, scooters and bicycles are effective exercise equipment for significantly improving coordination, posture, agility, and muscle strength.

During the school year, starting from 1st grade, I systematically practice in the school kung fu section. The practice of kung fu gives me the opportunity to better understand my physical and psychological capabilities, develops character and willpower, gives me the opportunity to master and consolidate self-defense skills and behavior in extreme situations, improves health, increases the body’s resistance to infectious and colds. For me, the kung fu section also means mentoring from a coach, communication with friends, tea parties, and a summer sports camp. Not only I in the family go to the section, my mother also goes to regular fitness training, which brings her not only the necessary physical activity, but also a charge of positive emotions.

Communication in our family is of great importance as a factor in normalizing the psychological well-being of each family member. Negative emotions that are constantly present in a person’s life necessarily lead to stress, which in turn leads to illness. To reduce their influence, it is very important to spend more free time with the whole family, expand opportunities for cultural leisure, and communicate on the basis of respect and understanding.

Our family visits museums, concerts, goes on excursions, and relaxes at the seaside. On weekends we like to visit our grandparents, go to the park for a walk, or create a culinary masterpiece together. In the life of our family there is always aa positive view of a particular event. This understanding of life is, first of all, based on faith in God, self-confidence and family support. I love my family!

The desire to regularly maintain a healthy lifestyle leads to the preservation and maintenance of the physical, moral and psychological health of my family members, as well as to their successful implementation in professional, social and public activities. Since 2013, while studying at school, I have been in good health most of the time.
